End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, DataFrontier Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Mission Control Platform ("Software") for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works.
2. Scope of License
- The Software is provided as a cloud-hosted SaaS application.
- License is per-organization with unlimited named users within your subscription tier.
- API access is governed by rate limits specified in your plan.
- Telephony resources (DIDs, minutes, recordings) are procured through your Telnyx account.
3. Restrictions
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- You may not use the Software for illegal telemarketing, robocalling, or consumer harassment.
- You may not circumvent or disable security, compliance, or DNC enforcement features.
- You may not share credentials or provide access to unauthorized third parties.
- You may not use AI features to generate content that violates any law or regulation.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input, upload, or generate through the Platform, including lead data, call recordings, transcripts, and agent notes. DataFrontier does not claim ownership of your content. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Platform uses AI models (OpenAI GPT-4o) to generate transcripts, summaries, coaching insights, and analytics. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before acting on them. See our AI & Automation Policy.
6. Updates & Modifications
We may update the Software from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or address security issues. Material changes to functionality will be communicated in advance. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, OR THAT THE AMD, DNC, OR COMPLIANCE FEATURES WILL CATCH ALL VIOLATIONS.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy any copies. Data export is available for 30 days post-termination.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
