Your Rights

If you have received a call, email, or message from an organization using the Mission Control Platform, you have the following rights:

• Do Not Call: Request to be added to our internal DNC (Do-Not-Call) list. We will ensure no further calls are made to your number.
• Data Access: Request a copy of any data associated with your phone number or email address.
• Data Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, including call recordings, transcripts, and contact information.
• Recording Deletion: Request deletion of any call recordings involving you.
• Opt-Out of AI Processing: Request that your data not be processed by AI models for transcription or analytics.
• Data Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format (GDPR Article 20).

• Phone: During any call, simply tell the agent "Do not call me again" or "Remove me from your list"

We will process your request within: 72 hours for DNC requests, 30 days for data access/deletion (GDPR/CCPA).
